    Fairly clean MODERN accommodation with nice staff and magnificent location close to shopping centers. Perfect and beautiful room and large bathroom with a hairdryer, terrycloth bathrobes, and shower caps. Location not far from local eating places and the park. Simply no complaints, great stay.

    Old and dirty - especially bathroom and floor carpets. Very cold in hotel lobby and restaurants. For sure it is not 5 star standard, excluding prices...

    From checkin in to leaving, the staff who have a level of excellance that reaches out in a subtle way, did everything possible to assure a pleasant and confortable trouble free stay. No language difficulties. First class hotel and service.

    It is business-like hotel. No hanky panky business seen there.

    I think it is time to change the mattress. Too soft for comfort. Even it is still 'winter' in Zhengzhou but cool air conditioner is still a need for travellers like us. We were advised to switch on the warm air conditioner and open the windows. However, the traffic and construction around the hotel did not allow me to sleep well and tight! My destination after Zhenzhou was Xiamen. I stayed at Xianglu Grand Hotel and the weather was still cold but cool air conditioner was provided. Sofitel Zhengzhou has to be flexible on this matter and should not be centrally controlled on the air conditioner.

    The service at the hotel was excellent; the staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided great hospitality throughout my stay. Additionally, the WiFi connection was excellent, which was a big plus.

    There were some negative aspects to my stay. The hotel was undergoing maintenance during my visit, and as a result, some facilities such as the sauna, steam room, and certain restaurants were closed.

    My family and I had a great stay thanks to the hotel's convenient location near a shopping center and transport. the room was amazing, with a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the spacious bathroom had a glorious bathtub, and the staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local and western cuisine in a beautiful area with a huge dome. We also made use of fabulous amenities like the pool and bar.
